01 — CUSTOMER CONVERSATIONS
AI Customer Service
Help customers find answers from business information you approve. Capture prospective customers’ needs, then hand the conversation to staff when a human decision is needed.
Answers grounded in your catalogue, policies, or FAQs.
Capture of prospective customer needs and contact details.
Escalation to staff for cases outside the agreed scope.
A customer asks about a service → AI captures the need → staff confirm → data enters a system → the team follows through.
This is a design illustration, not an active integration on this website. Channels, destination systems, and approval points are set during process mapping.

FROM NEED TO IMPLEMENTATION
Start with one clear process.
01
Needs discussion
Identify the work to support, its users, and the current constraints.
02
Process mapping
Review data sources, destination systems, permissions, and human approval points.
03
Measured pilot
Test a limited scope with sample data and agreed acceptance criteria.
04
Implementation
Set up approved integrations, test exceptions, and guide the user team.
05
Support
Agree on monitoring, maintenance, and changes as your needs evolve.
SCOPE AND COST
Implementation built around your business.
Nura is an AI design and implementation service, not an off-the-shelf SaaS platform. Costs are set after we map the scope, data sources, and integrations.
Scope-based implementationOptional supportAPI and infrastructure costs explained separately
A proposal will set out the work, constraints, usage costs, and each party’s responsibilities before delivery starts.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Before we begin.
What does Nura do?+
We design and implement AI for customer service and operational automation. The scope and deliverables are agreed for each project; this website is not connected to an AI service or customer system.
Can it connect to the systems I already use?+
Integration depends on APIs, access rights, data formats, and system constraints. We review those factors before promising any specific connection.
What about privacy and human approval?+
Each implementation needs agreement on the required data, storage, retention, and processing providers. Use the minimum necessary access and human approval for sensitive actions. The demos and brief here run locally, so do not enter confidential data.
Are AI answers always correct?+
No. AI can misunderstand a message or give an incorrect answer. A pilot should test knowledge sources, answer limits, validation, and staff escalation. We do not promise perfect accuracy.
How do usage costs and support work?+
Implementation costs follow the project scope. Model APIs, channels, and infrastructure can add usage costs. Support is optional, with agreed scope and fees; this page does not list package prices.
